Last days in Leksand

  
Things to remember from this weekend: 
Kicki's wonderful place "Trut".
When we were bathing free and naked in Siljan.
Sleeping outside under the stars in a bed looking out over the water.
The evening we spent by the lake - the people, the music, the light.
The home made bread, with basil, cheese and paprika.
The happiness I felt being around people I really care for.


In less than a week I shall leave this spring paradise and I still can not believe that an entire year already has gone by.... But I do have learnt so much and I've met some amazing people along the way, I will never forget any of it. Luckily more advantures are yet to come. 

Wedding inspiration day

Hello dear ones!

Finally I'm back on the blog with some pictures! Time flies... Today I'm posting from the Wedding Inspiration Day last week-end, where I and some girls from school planned and decorated wedding tables at the lovely place Molnbyggen.
The location is ideal for a wedding just by a beautiful lake and with nature around the corner. A calm and "Feng Chui" inspired interior, nice owners and good food.

The theme of the table I did together with Kicki Eriksson were Summer/vintage and nature.
There were also 3 other wedding themes: classic/spring, 70's/automn, rock/winter
Every table also got a dressed bride to go with the theme, and in the end of the day I got a chance to take some photos of them posing for the hired photographer.

Working with styling and decoration must be the best job ever - I could really see myself do that as a living. It was a great experience and hopefully not the last!

Sigur Ros and album covers

Good evening pearls,

I'm sorry for my recent lack of inspiration when It comes to English writing here on the blog, I promise I'll make an effort so that you all can understand what I'm saying. One day Swedish will be a global language but until then... haha.

Today I've been working on the "Emma-Klara and the flowershop" project, all from the music to my futur album covers! (I know we're not there yet, but one can dream, right?)
It seems as though people think that I should be on the cover but I'm not quite as sure.
I love painted covers, dreamy photographs and beautiful colors. For me the album cover is like work of art. Sometimes I buy records just because of the design and even though I might get disappointed when listening to the music I still have got the pleasure to look at the album cover!
Hopefully people will like both my music and my visual design. My cover inspiration is of course the magnificent Icelandic band Sigur Ros. (see pictures above)

Noa Noa

Go fredag kära vänner,

Häromkvällen satt jag i min lilla stuga, med tända ljus och chaite, och letade efter inspirerande bilder på diverse bloggar och hemsidor. Jag hamnade på Noa Noas sida och föll helt och hållet för den här underbart fina vårkollektion för barn. Lekfullt, vacker dekor, bedårande modeller och självfallet fina kläder (som alltid).
